All products sold within the UK are tested to high specifications, but if a particular batch of product has a specific issue, it is often down to the retailer or supplier to quickly get a replacement part or fix to the customer.

Ensuring that all the customers are advised of the issue with their product and that they receive suitable components to resolve it is critical.

The service was created due to a demand from our customers to be able to send a large volume of replacements or new components to their customers in a short period of time and to be able to accurately track when each parcel was delivered and report back.

Our systems allow us to send out thousands of customer labelled components each day ensuring that replacements reach the customer in days not weeks
Our computer system allows us to track each replacement from it being picked to it being received by the customer. Where a delivery does not take place or is rejected we can contact the customer to ensure that they are aware of the replacement being sent and resolve any issues.
Reports are generated to show deliveries made and efforts are made to ensure the exceptions are resolved. E.g. if a customer has moved house and the package cannot be delivered, we call the customer and ensure that the parcel is sent to their new address.
